Since 2013, the KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation has been a Placement Agency authorised by the SEPE (State Public Employment Service), operating under number 9900000247.
It is also a Collaborating Agency in the SEPE guidance programmes.
Our service is intended to provide workers with appropriate employment for their characteristics and facilitate employers with the workers who best suit their requirements and needs.
The intermediation activities carried out by the Placement Agency are directed to all working people who request them.
Career guidance
The KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation offers specific services for workers and jobseekers: placement, professional development and improved employability.
We specialise in offering services to people with disabilities or in a situation/risk of social exclusion and also to guide people who want to develop professionally in the services sector.
The Foundation usually performs these career guidance tasks for the Employment Service of Navarre-Nafar Lansare.
Professional relocation
The Guidance and Relocation Service for professionals that the KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation manages focuses on providing support to the company and advice to professionals engaged in a process of reorganisation, relocation and/or reduction in the workforce.
Seeking to improve the effectiveness of the organisation, reducing emotional conflict and advising people to take better advantage of their strengths, defining objectives and planning their career in an efficient and successful manner, all amidst a changing environment.

TRAINING AND SOCIAL AND EMPLOYMENT GUIDANCE SERVICE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation has developed the Training and Social and Employment Guidance Service subsidised by Pamplona City Council for the improvement of the employability of young people with disabilities
The main objective of this service is to provide coordinated and joint support to young people with disabilities through comprehensive and individualised social and employment insertion itineraries that develop their social, labour and community skills.
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE CAREER GUIDANCE SERVICE OF THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OF NAVARRE
The career guidance service we propose from the KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation is a comprehensive service that is aimed towards the information and diagnosis of each individual situation, providing advice, motivation and accompaniment in job transitions, either through education for the job world or by means of the various situations of employment and unemployment that may occur throughout working life.
This service is designed to help users to improve their employability, promote their professional career and facilitate their recruitment or guiding them towards self-employment.
JACOBFORMACIÓN
The main objective of the JACOBFORMACIÓN project is to provide coordinated and joint support to young people with disabilities through comprehensive and individualised social and employment insertion itineraries that develop their social, labour and community skills in relation to cultural and tourist dynamisation of St. James’ Way, with measurable results.

PLAN FOR IMPROVING THE EMPLOYABILITY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OF THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OF NAVARRE
The Purpose of the Employability Plan is to become a platform from which to coordinate and unify the actions in the field of vocational training and employment that are carried out by the main social actors intervening in these areas (public institutions, business and trade union organisations and associations composed of people with disabilities) to improve access to ordinary employment of these people in equal opportunities.
CUSTOMISED ITINERARIES FOR LABOUR INSERT OF THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OF NAVARRE
The overall objective is to facilitate the professional development of individuals who are unemployed and participate in the service, exploring all the existing opportunities in the labour market and accompanying and guiding them in their job searches and in their labour insertion process within the sector of social and health care service provided to dependent people both in homes and in social institutions.
PLAN TO IMPROVE THE EMPLOYABILITY AND INTEGRATION OF JOB SEEKERS OVER THE AGE OF 45 YEARS
Through actions of professional information, career guidance, accompaniment for access and maintenance in employment, job counselling and job training, aimed at improving the employability, professional re-adaptation and labour integration of unemployed persons over the age of 45 years. This service’s main mission was to improve the employability and labour integration of 50 people over the age of 45 years, where guidance based on skills was the main axis.
