Since 2013, the KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation has been an Employment Agency authorized by the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), under number 9900000247.

It is also a Collaborating Entity in SEPE orientation programs.

Our service aims to provide workers with employment appropriate to their characteristics and to provide employers with the most appropriate workers for their requirements and needs.

The intermediation activities carried out by the Employment Agency are aimed at all workers who request them.

Career orientation

The KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation offers specific services for workers or job seekers: placement, professional development, and improved employability.

We specialize in providing services to workers with disabilities or those at risk of social exclusion, as well as in providing guidance to those seeking professional development in the service sector.

The Foundation regularly provides job guidance for the Navarre Employment Service (Nafar Lansare).

Professional outplacement

The Professional Guidance and Outplacement service managed by the KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation provides support to companies and advice to professionals undergoing reorganization, outplacement, and/or downsizing.

It seeks to improve organizational effectiveness, reduce emotional conflict, and guide people to better leverage their strengths by defining goals and planning their careers efficiently and successfully, all within a changing environment.

TRAINING AND SOCIO-LABOR GUIDANCE SERVICE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation has developed a socio-employment training and guidance service subsidized by the Pamplona City Council to improve the employability of young people with disabilities.

The main objective of this service is to provide coordinated and collaborative support to young people with disabilities through comprehensive and individualized socio-employment integration programs that develop their social, employment, and community skills.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR JOB GUIDANCE NAVARRE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

The career guidance service we offer at the KOINE AEQUALITAS Foundation is a comprehensive service that provides information, diagnoses individual situations, counseling, motivation, and support during career transitions, whether from education to the workforce or between the various employment and unemployment situations that can arise throughout a person’s working life.

This service aims to help users improve their employability, advance their professional careers, and facilitate their hiring or provide guidance toward self-employment.

JACOBFORMATION

The main objective of the JACOBFORMACIÓN project is to provide coordinated and collaborative support to young people with disabilities through comprehensive and individualized social and labor integration programs that develop their social, labor, and community skills in the cultural and tourism promotion of the Camino de Santiago, with measurable results.

PLAN TO IMPROVE THE EMPLOYABILITY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES NAVARRE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

The purpose of the Employability Plan is to serve as a platform for coordinating and unifying the vocational training and employment actions carried out by the main social stakeholders involved in these areas (public institutions, business and trade union organizations, and associations representing people with disabilities) to promote equal access to regular employment for these individuals.

PERSONALIZED JOB PLACEMENT ITINERARIES NAVARRE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

The overall objective is to facilitate the professional development of unemployed individuals who participate in the service, exploring all existing opportunities in the labor market and supporting and guiding them in their job search and integration process in the social and healthcare sector for dependent individuals, both at home and in social institutions.

PLAN TO IMPROVE EMPLOYABILITY AND INTEGRATION OF JOB SEEKERS OVER 45 YEARS OF AGE

Through professional information, job guidance, support for accessing and maintaining employment, employment counseling, and job training, the service aims to improve employability, professional re-adaptation, and job integration for unemployed people over 45 years of age. The main mission of this service was to improve the employability and job integration of 50 people over 45 years of age, with competency-based guidance as its core focus.
